I've caught the bug!
Well I guess I am jumping on the Brainerd Ward bandwagon and starting P90X. I started today with my mom and I have to say that I feel it already! I hope I can make it another 89 days. It was really funny watching us trying to do all the pull-ups and push-ups! Tomorrow should be really funny with us trying to do the plyometrics. I'll keep you informed.

we have that! and we haven't started it yet..but my dad does it religously and LOVES IT! i'll have to keep you updated once we start and you'll have to do the same...as well as encourage and motivate me to continue. GOOD LUCK:)
plyo is a killer. But it is worth it. I love it, but I hate it. :)
